The Stadium drive location is 1 of 1. Kenna is a very delightful person with an amazing team working alongside her. I’m greeted with smiles when i am in the drive thru as well as when i physically enter the store. I love to start my morning here. Keep up the good work!!! :)

This specific location is Theeeee main reason why I keep my business with Bigby as I’ve had many bad experiences at the Gull Road Location in Kalamazoo. I visit this drive through every morning and the service is beyond Elite and so so friendly!! I’d like to personally send a shout out to Terry and Kenna who are the driving force to why I keep coming back daily. These two individuals every single day go above and beyond and not with just myself but all customers. I work in Sales and have done so for 20 yrs and I’ve seen a lot of bad customer service and Terry and Kenna and the rest of the crew here are so genuine and deserve to be recognized for their efforts to say the least. I’ve become a friend to the workers here and they’ve become mine as well and that says it all. I’m a super observant individual and do a lot more watching than talking when in any business and whether big or small business it’s very evident to observe the quality by the actions of the employees and Terry and Kenna are beyond amazing at dealing with the busy rush with smiles on their faces and clear communication done in always a friendly manner. If I could rate the location and the workers here on a scale of 1-10 I’d give them a solid 20!! I will not even visit the Gull Road Location as it’s slow, the workers are extremely rude and not outgoing nor are they efficient in any kind of ways. I have had three incidents there that sealed the deal on never ever returning and the only reason I keep my business with Bigby is due to this location. Plus I love my favorite daily morning beverage and they even make it tens times better at Stadium Drive. I have been a customer since Bigby was. “Beaners” in East Lansing and used to visit daily to sit and do my home work and who would have ever thought that Bob would grow this into this great place. Hands down, Terry and Kenna exemplify the kind of employees any company should consider theirselves lucky to have. They should get pay raises lol and no they don’t know I’m writing this but in all reality the only reason I’ve stayed as I’ve unfortunately seen a drop in the quality of the workers with the younger generation being so so rude and I just don’t get it and cannot understand it….. almost like they take out the anger of having to work on the customers but NOT Stadium Drive. Hats off and Cheers to two young individuals with very bright futures ahead of them in whatever path they choose and the rest of the team as well. You guys rock and I’ll never stray from my friends I look forward to seeing six days a week every morning o my way to work. Top notch and hands down a great location. They deserve to be rewarded as they strive daily to be nothing less than great!!! Thanks guys and see ya tomm !! Your friend, Rob M:)

Great coffee. Super cute space. Very friendly staff. We had a caramel marvel and a butter bear. Both were great. We'll definitely be back nice time we're in Kalamazoo. We wish we had a Biggby Coffee in Cincinnati.

Staff is friendly and coffee is usually on point. If you go inside, service is typically rather quick. But if you choose drive thru, be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes unless there's no one else in line. Definitely plan ahead and leave a bit early if you're trying to hit the drive thru on your way to work.

Very clean and larger inside than expected. The service was top tier. Lily and Lauren are amazing baristas and true professionals. I got a spotted owl and it was sooo yummy

I stopped at this location feeling drained and looking for a pick me up before my next obligation. Kenny was working the drive through and was so kind and happy. His attitude gave me the pick me up I was looking to the coffee to get! I could tell he was having fun and enjoys his job. The whole team seemed to be having fun. The food was good, the coffee was delicious, but the kindness was outstanding. Thank you, Kenny. It made my day.
